We’re Out Boo Hoo
July 4, 2006
Well it finally happened on Saturday, the bloody lucky cheating Portuguese gets knocked us out on penalties. I havn’t been able to sit at a computer since due to the agony of the coverage on the web….
Well I’m back now and looking forward to Euro 2008, we have a good chance as the group is a fantastic draw for us.
I will be developing some new ASP tips and tricks very soon and will probably theme them around footie, if you have any requests then drop me a comment or e-mail…

M0o,
I did read quite a few books many moons ago when I started to implement sites with ASP these were:-
Professional Active Server Pages (Wrox)
ASP in a nutshell (O’Rielly)
VB in a nutshell (O’Rielly)
These books gave me a good understanding but the most valuable source was websites and forums, here is a couple to get you started:-
http://www.asp101.com
http://www.codeproject.com/asp
http://www.webthang.co.uk
http://www.codefixer.com/codesnippets/default.asp
http://www.codeproject.com/asp
http://www.charon.co.uk
http://authors.aspalliance.com
To accompany your learning you can also use Google to look up specific problems.
If you need any help to can also give me a yell….
